Hi there— I’m Brooke Morgan, wine industry veteran with a zest for building holistic direct-to-consumer experiences. My formal education is in wine & viticulture, but my true passion is in creating incredible customer journeys for wine brands.
Over my 15 years in the wine world, I’ve worked in the trifecta of DTC spaces —starting as a tasting room ambassador on California’s Central Coast before heading north to manage several fine Wine Clubs in Napa and Sonoma. From there I transitioned into the digital space as Senior Director of eCommerce at a publicly owned wine company, overseeing 30+ eCommerce sites and managing their Direct-to-Consumer marketing. program
In each individual role within the DTC space it was clear that creating a synergy between every channel was the path to brand success, and thus Brooke Morgan DTC Wine Consulting was born.
